Welcome!

Hello and welcome! My name is Heidi and I am a photography and videography content creator based in Abu Dhabi, licensed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and the UAE National Media Council.

On this blog, I share free travel resources including detailed travel guides, itineraries, photography location guides as well as luxury hotel and lifestyle recommendations.

I routinely create professional photography and videography content for international luxury hotels (including Waldorf Astoria, Park Hyatt, Shangri-La, Kempinski, St. Regis, Intercontinental and Six Senses) as well as other luxury fashion and lifestyle brands.

I studied at a top law school and was lucky to work as a corporate lawyer in some of the world’s most prestigious law firms. Although it was a great job that I did well at, I had very little interest in it - so, as I was turning 30, I left law to follow my heart and become a content creator.

I now travel the world, do what I love everyday and am very grateful for this creative life. I hope that my content inspires and empowers the reader to travel, create and enjoy life to its fullest. This blog is called ‘Chasing Snowdrops’ because I hope to share content that is dreamlike, tranquil and reminiscent of the the exquisite joys of life - like little drops of snow.
