Welcome!

Hello and welcome! My name is Heidi, a content creator based in Abu Dhabi. On this blog, I share free travel resources including detailed travel guides, itineraries, luxury hotel recommendations and photo location guides with map pinpoints.

I studied at a top law school and was lucky to work as a corporate lawyer in some of the world’s most prestigious law firms. Although it was a great job that I had worked hard to get and did well at, I had very little interest in it - so, as I was turning 30, I left law to follow my heart and become a content creator.

I now travel the world, work with international brands to create photos and videos, do what I love to do everyday and am very grateful for this creative life. The best part is, I didn’t need to ‘choose’ between a highly paid corporate salary and pursuing one’s passion - that’s a fallacy! In fact, I earn more than I did when I was a lawyer and I would love to help others do the same - quite their corporate life to pursue a life of freedom and creativity. I hope that my content inspires and empowers the reader to travel, create and enjoy life to its fullest. This blog is called ‘Chasing Snowdrops’ because I hope to share content that is dreamlike, tranquil and reminiscent of the the exquisite joys of life - like little drops of snow.
